Business Development and sales of new market segments, Carolyn has spent the
past six (11) years within Cosgrove Enterprises
 strengthening
their business as well as handling customer relations, Her involvement with
IFMA since 1995 has included serving as chair for hospitality, programs,
membership, as well as serving on the board the past three years and now serving as
President of the Suncoast IFMA Chapter.
With an on-going involvement in
community services for the American Heart Association, Hope Children’s Home,
Moffitt Cancer, Leukemia Society, her number one priority has always been her
family. Spending as much time with her husband Ted, mother of three children
aging from 12 to 26, and a new grandson, she keeps a very full schedule.

FIRST VICE-PRESIDENT: Patty Wilken

Building/Facilities Manager as well as Lease
Administrator the past 4 years with Mercury Casualty Insurance Company
 handling
leasing, building management, construction, tenant relations, and full
facilities management for a territory of 9 leases and 2 building ownerships from
New York to Arizona. Patty has spent the past 27 years in different facets of
Commercial Real Estate in New Mexico and the past 5 in Florida. Her involvement
with IFMA and BOMA for the past 3 years, along with many Church related
activities her schedule full. Patty has 2 grown sons, 2 beautiful
daughter-in-laws who have given her 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter, which any
free time she has is given to spoiling the grandchildren.

Theresa Cardoso,
a graduate of the University of Georgia, has spent the last 23
years in the Tampa Bay area, focusing on floor coverings
 and
floor covering
maintenance. She currently is senior sales associate for the Geyen Group. She
is married with one daughter and is very active in her daughter's school and
sports curriculum. Her hobbies are gardening, puzzles and reading.

is the facility manger for USAA and
 has served as the Chapter's membership chair
and Vice-President.

PROGRAM CHAIR:
Michael Wolfe, is the Director of Customer Solutions for Potomac ServiceLink
which is a commercial cleaning company. In this role, he is
 responsible
for Business Development and Sales for the Central Florida market.
Michael was formerly a school teacher before
making the transition to the corporate world and holds two bachelor degrees and
a Masters degree.
Michael has been
involved with IFMA since starting his position with Potomac ServiceLink 3 years
ago. This year he takes on the responsibility of Programs Chair for our
chapter. When Michael is not working hard for his company or performing his
duties for the Suncoast Chapter of IFMA he can be found throwing himself from
airplanes as he is an avid skydiver with close to 3000 skydives to his credit.

Wayne Henriquez,
CFM, has
worked in the Facility Services department of Tampa Electric Company since
1981. A native of Tampa,
 Wayne earned
his undergraduate degree in Management and a MBA from the University of Tampa.
He is a certified Florida State Building and Mechanical contractor.
Wayne has been married to his wife, Anita, for 32 years. They have two grown
children. Jill is married and lives in Nashville. Wesley is a graduate of FSU
and is currently working in Tampa.

CHAPTER ADMINISTRATOR / WEBMASTER:
S. Lynn LaForce is the
Senior Facilities Manager for CB Richard Ellis, providing facilities management
services for The Nielsen Company's facilities in Pinellas and Sarasota counties. Lynn graduated from
 The College of
Idaho and has over 33 years experience in construction / project management as a licensed
contractor. Redirecting his career to
facilities management in 1988, he is a two-term past-president of the Oregon Chapter of
IFMA as well as serving as President for Suncoast Chapter. He and his wife of
25 years, Rhonda, are the only
"kids" in the house and enjoy
hiking, RV camping and frequent trips to Busch Gardens and Disney World.
