Through Generous Corporate Sponsorship, the workshop fee of $ 195 has been waived for all professional members - Including Designers, Architects, Procurement Officers, Facility Managers. Human Resource Officers. Industry members are invited, commensurate with space availability at a reduced fee of only $ 125.00 .􀀀

We are pleased to have Eugene M Lisa from Verde Interior Products in an on-going series of Environmental Education.  Mr Lisa has been in the commercial furnishings industry since 1973, and involved with “Green” products and materials since 1992. He regularly lectures at NeoCon Chicago, NeoCon Baltimore, West Coast Green, IDEX and various IIDA and ASID events, as well as Federal Government Conferences. He has addressed more than 7,000 Interior Design , Facilities and Procurement Professionals This lecture will offer a very different perspective of what is “GREEN”. Can a “certified” green product also contain know human carcinogens?  Can using a recycled material have “no effect” on environmental stewardship ? Is designing for LEED Credits designing for the environment?  What do Certification Programs Cover?

These topics and others will be explored. The Architect / Designer / Facilities Manager / Purchasing Officer / User will be better equipped to understand how to make a more informed decision and attain better skills in dealing with vendors.
